In the case the client wishes to return the product, the conditions listed below will apply. HEXA will refund the amount paid. However, the shipping fees and any other fees incurred from transportation of the return of HEXA goods are at the seller’s expense.

The conditions for the return of the product purchased are the following:
– within 14 days from receipt of the order;
– the product must be intact and unused;
– the product must be returned in its original packaging.

And let us know what makes you unsatisfied with it. We will promptly reply to you on the matter.

Shipping costs for product return are at HEXA expense in the case of company’s errors in color or model. They are the customer’s expense for any other reason not linked to a provable and obvious error from the company’s part.

Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund in the same manner you issued the payment.
Once the return is approved (the items must be in mint conditions and with internal labels untouched), you will receive an email to confirm that the amount of the refund will be credited on your account within 3-14 days.
